U SalesIQ bih napravio FAQ / Resources / Articles za pitanja koja se stalno ponavljaju, a custom Vertex bot treba da se pali samo kada odgovor nije jednostavan ili kada treba lead capture.
Zoho SalesIQ ima knowledge base kroz Resources, uključujući FAQs i Articles, koje mogu koristiti i agenti i botovi za self-service odgovore. Zoho posebno navodi da FAQ može imati više varijacija pitanja za jedan odgovor, što je korisno za bot jer pacijenti ne pitaju svi istim rečima. (Zoho)
